How many spots are available for the Uncharted Online Community?

The Online Community has unlimited space available. You can enroll yourself, your tech team or your entire practice. There are classes and exercises where having small groups online makes a difference. In these cases, multiple groups are created to give people the absolute best experience possible.

How does payment work?

You can pay all at once, or you can sign up for a convenient payment plan. If you decide later you want to go to a conference, you can purchase the conference separately if space is available.

Can I register for the online community whenever I want?

Yes. The Uncharted Online Community works on a 365-day calendar so you can join whenever you like. However, you must be a member of the UVC Online Community to register for our conferences.

How is the Uncharted Community different from all the other online schools?

Uncharted is all about taking the brightest, most enthusiastic veterinary business/communication/marketing geeks in the world and putting them all together in a group to grow and learn from each other. Unlike online schools, Uncharted is built on discussion, conversation and ongoing support. Sure, you’ll have access to all Uncharted webinars, courses, archived videos, conference livestreams, etc. but Uncharted is about community first. No one becomes great by watching online videos. They become great by surrounding themselves with great people.

Sign up for the Uncharted newsletter. Public registration open dates will be emailed out every year. That will also be the first place we announce when registration is live. Keep an eye on your email and be ready!

Can I see the live Uncharted conferences in the online community?

YES!  Our conferences are filmed and archived versions go into the online school. It generally takes a month or so to get everything processed and edited, but then it’s all there. When you join the online community, you’ll already have access to the Uncharted conferences including workshops, general sessions and some keynote addresses going back to 2017!

Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy

By registering for Uncharted 2023 Conferences, you agree to the following cancellation and refund policy: A $75 processing fee applies to all conference registration cancellations.

REFUND DATE SCHEDULE:

• 100% refund up to 8 weeks prior to the event start date.
• 50% refund in the form of credit toward a future Uncharted event or membership fees up to 1 week prior to the event start date.

*** If you are unable to attend an Uncharted event, we welcome you to transfer your registration to another member of your practice. We ask that transfer requests be done in writing by emailing us at admin@unchartedvet.com. A registrant who wishes to transfer a registration to another person must do so in writing. Registrants who do not have this documentation will be required to pay the full registration fee. A $75 transfer fee applies to all transfers. UnchartedVet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any event. In that case, UnchartedVet shall refund to you all registration fees it has received from you for this event but shall have no further obligation to you of any type, whether monetary or otherwise. Please note that refunds will not include expenses paid for hotel, airfare or any other travel expenses incurred in conjunction with planning to attend a UVC event. Accordingly, UnchartedVet shall in no event have any liability to you and shall have no other obligation to you of any type except as expressly stated above. Such right of termination shall not be unreasonably exercised. UnchartedVet is not responsible for errors or omissions on the website or promotional materials.
